About the business
We are a cooperative of saffron growers on the slopes of Jbel Siroua around Taliouine. Flowers are picked by hand at dawn in late autumn, the stigmas separated the same morning and dried slowly. Every lot is graded and tested before packing, from 1 g retail boxes to bulk for spice importers.
